How to Place an Order:
1. First choose the product that you want by selecting the color option and size if it applies. Then Click the button, which will take you to pay pal.
2. With every product we will put on 1 free animal patch and up to 4 smaller accessory patches (Paw Prints, Bones or Bowl of Bones) at no extra charge. All descriptions for patch placement will be processed as if the product was on the body. When you refer to the left, that would be the left side of your body.
3. To add the accessory patches, click the continue shopping from the pay pal checkout screen. You will be taken back to the product page where you can scroll down to the accessory or click here to add accessories. You can then add the accessory patches by selecting the quantity and placement for the accessory patches. You may do this several times if you want each one in different places. (no extra charge)
4. To add the animal patches, click the continue shopping button on the pay pal checkout screen. You will be taken back to the same page where you can scroll down to the bottom or click here to add animal patch. Find the breed and patch you want. Make sure you are under the section, First Patch Free then select the location for the patch and click the Add to Cart button.
5. If you want more then one patch on a product you can purchase extra patches of any breed for only $5.00 more. Simply find the extra patch or patches that you want and under the Extra Patch $5.00 section, select a location for the patch and click the Add to Cart button. If you want to put any special instructions with your order, a space will be provided when you check out or you can also send us an email or give us a call.

COD's: All orders must be paid for at time of shipping with a valid credit card. We do NOT ship COD
Garment Dyed Apparel and Denim: Shade variations are inherent in the garment dying and stonewashing process. Garment dyed goods should be washed separately in cold water before wearing.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Please inspect your merchandise. We CANNOT accept returns on decorated or washed garments under ANY circumstances. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $5.00. Please be sure of what you are ordering before you submit your order. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No goods will be accepted after two weeks from date of invoice under any circumstances.
Site and Ordering Security: Site security is our highest priority. We use several sophisticated measures to maintain security of our site and our ordering process is secure.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless other arrangements have been made in advanced by the buyer. Shipping charges are calculated on the cost of the entire order.
